Hi! I am Val.

 
I am a very easy-to-approach person, attentive, smiling, with a very good sense of humor! You will see, with me it's very relaxed and friendly.
 
I like to capture your love story. I have been specializing in wedding photography for 3 years now, but I have been photographing life and people for more than 7 years. I studied photography, but also interior design and I therefore consider that I have an eye for "the beautiful" in general.
 
I find that there is so much beauty in simplicity, common gestures and subtle moments. I like to chase the most beautiful light and the most beautiful scenery, but what matters to me above all are the emotions.

my approach
 

When I photograph a wedding, I document a unique day, unique people and unique moments. I capture it all as a story, a small photo reportage of the events as they take place, but with my own artistic touch and my unique point of view.

 
A documentary approach to photography for me is to intervene as little as possible during this day that is 100% yours. I capture your moments on the spot, without making you pose or redo an action just to have the photo. This approach allows me to photograph these little moments that pass too quickly, the true emotions of everyone and the atmosphere that was present during the day.
 
Don't worry though, I'll guide you for the group photo, family photos and the couple portrait session. What I won't do, however, is to pose you precisely. I prefer to make you move, capture you as you are with some direction. It's all natural and comfortable. What I'm looking for are your little looks that mean everything, your laughter, your joy, your little gestures.

Having me as a photographer at your wedding is like having a good friend with a camera, who captures all the important moments while you live them.

 

It's knowing that the person responsible for capturing the essence of your wedding dat will be on the lookout for every little moment that will happen.

 

It's looking at your photos when it's all said and done, and relive all these moments as if you were still there, through my artistic point of view.

 

It's to ask yourselves "how did she take this picture? We didn't even see her take it!'' (Not to brag, but a priest once told me that I was discreet as an angel...)

 

And it's also having one more accomplice on your side, because you are "my" couples (I prefer to refer to you as my couples rather than my customers) and I want the best for you!

HOW IT WORKS
THE STEPS, FROM FIRST CONTACT TO DELIVERY:

I. YOU CONTACT ME

The first step is when you send me an email! I will respond to you as quickly as possible, either the same day or the next morning, normally. And we exchange a few emails so I know a little bit more about your wedding and your needs.

II. WE PLAN A MEETING

If I am available on your date, the next step is a meeting to get to know each other and for me to know a little more about you and your story, as well as your vision for your big day. It could be a phone call, a virtual meeting or an in-person meeting!

III. WE SIGN A CONTRACT

When it's decided, and you want to book me to immortalize your day, we sign a formal contract so that my services are reserved for you on the date you choose! A reservation deposit will also be required to fully reserve your date.

IV. I PHOTOGRAPH YOUR WEDDING!

Between the meeting stage and the wedding day, we can of course exchange emails and calls to clarify and confirm the details!

V. DELIVERY OF YOUR GALLERY

The long-awaited step, the reason you book me for! A few weeks after your beautiful wedding, the wait will be over and you will receive memories that you can cherish forever and relive this wonderful day through my lens!
